A Proposal from Mr. Torwelle

Mr. Torwelle, NHS math teacher, has written a proposal on DonorsChoose.org, which is a non-profit organization that raises money for classrooms by providing a way for people to donate directly to a school project. Over 109,000 teachers have used the site to obtain more than $39 million in supplies for schools nationwide. He has requested an LCD projector for my classroom, and he only has $190 more to go! He states, "I know this is self-serving, but I don't care if it's for my classroom!" Please click here to view his proposal.

Norwell Marching Knights

The Norwell Marching Knights have won semi-state and are on their way to state this weekend. They will perform at the Lucas Oil Stadium Saturday in Class C. All year they have done an incredible job for such a young marching band. A community performance will take place at Norwell, Thursday evening at 8:45 pm on the football field. These kids have played hard and worked hard to get to this place. Come support them and pump them up for State!
